From application to your first payout

    Agree a slot with the venue and pay the rental. New venues are checked by us before the first game.

    In the coordinator web app: pitch, time, price, number of players and the minimum needed to play.

    Check players in by QR code, split the teams, record the score. Players rate the game afterwards.

What if the game doesn't fill?

You set a minimum number of players and a deadline. If it isn't reached, the game is cancelled and every player is refunded automatically. The pitch rental stays with you, so choose slots you can fill.

Requirements

What we ask from coordinators

To start

  • You are 18 or older
  • You can invoice as a sole trader (IČO), or are ready to register
  • You have a smartphone with the MatchUp app
  • You speak Czech or English well enough to deal with venues and players

At every game

  • Be at the pitch 15 minutes before kickoff
  • Check every player in by QR code
  • Keep part of the spots open to newcomers, even with your regulars
  • Follow the venue rules, for example no metal studs
  • Cancel only in the app and in time. A low rating pauses your games
FAQ

Questions from coordinators

Can I bring my existing group?
Yes. Your regulars join through the app like everyone else, and the open spots bring in new players. That is what MatchUp is about: nobody needs a team to play.
Who sets the price?
You do, within the range we recommend for your city. Players see the final price before they join.
What format can I run?
The format follows the pitch (5 × 5, 7 × 7 …). You choose how many players to take: for example 21 players for three teams rotating on a 7 × 7 pitch.
Do I need an IČO?
For regular payouts, most likely yes. We confirm the exact setup during onboarding.
Who is responsible if someone gets injured?
Players take part at their own risk under the Terms of Use. Check the venue's own rules and where its first-aid kit is.
Can I coordinate outside Brno?
Yes. Mention your city in the email. The first coordinators in a new city get help with venues and launch ads.
